microbiomeDataSets-package.RdmicrobiomeDataSets is a collation of data from microbiome and
associated studies, which are publicaly available.
The data is made available through the ExperimentHub resources of the
Bioconductor project. It is loaded as TreeSummarizedExperiment
object or a MultiAssayExperiment objects.
